Bookings less than 30 days (1 month)
Issues must be raised within 24 hours of the booking start. A full refund will be provided only if:
- (a) the parking space is unavailable at the agreed date and time,
- (b) the parking space address or description is significantly incorrect, or
- (c) your vehicle does not fit.
Bookings of 30 days (1 month) or longer
The 7-Day Risk-Free Start applies. If anything is not right with your space, you have 7 full days to notify us, and we will provide a full refund under this policy.
